We are about thirty hours from saying good bye to 2015, and hello to 2016. Many will make New Year’s resolutions. I hope those who do are able to keep them.
I plan to be more conscious of my eating habits. We are what we eat. But beyond that, we are what we eat eats. If we truly want to live healthy lives, we must put the right things in our bodies.
This also includes choosing proper supplementation. Another saying that is true in health as in any area is, you get what you pay for.
